Shipping Cost Estimates

Generally prices range from $20-60 for smaller items and can be $200-$2000 to have your piece professionally wrapped and transported from our location to yours. Exact quotes are determined by the size of the piece and your location. Please note, the delivery price DOES NOT change with multiple items, unless they are smaller items that are shipped via USPS or such. If you are worried about the price, please make sure to contact us BEFORE making a purchase. List prices on our website do NOT include shipping. Shipping cost must be added on afterwards.

Shipping Timeline

Please allow 3-5 weeks for East Coast/Midwest delivery, and 2-3 weeks for West Coast delivery. Shipping/delivery quotes are good for 3 months after being given and are subject to change after that based on cost of gas, etc.

Ship It Yourself

You may also choose to arrange your own shipper. Some people like to use uShip. If you want to do this, it is your responsibility to select and communicate with the uShip shipper, ensure that they have good reviews, and make sure that they are properly insured. Please note that the shipper must be responsible for blanket wrapping all items, and the items must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase.

Shipping Insurance

Our shipping insurance ends at your front door. If you require help moving pieces into your home you will need to arrange that on your end. If you require our help to move furniture into your home let us know, and for an additional charge we will hire another person to travel with us.

Responsibility

Haven Art + Vintage is not liable or responsible for refunding furniture and shipping costs due to damage that occurs once the items have left our shop. If you have any questions or concerns before purchasing please contact us at havenartandvintage@gmail.com.

Return Policy

All Sales are Final and Sold AS-IS. These are authentic vintage home goods and pieces of furniture from the 1950’s, 60’ and 70’s. They are survivors, but are not new. Most have wear consistent with use over the years, which we note in our photos. Please remember that we are not a box store, and these are not mass-produced items that can be replaced with a new one. We do everything we can to make sure these pieces are in excellent working order when you purchase them. We appreciate you understanding our policy and supporting small businesses like ours.
